While CWQ is focused on ensuring the best science is used in setting regulatory standards, there’s clearly a lot of controversy already about this report and those are matters for DoD, US EPA and GAO to work out. What cannot be overlooked in any discussion on perchlorate, however, is what the credible science has already shown. That is, perchlorate has no impact on human health at the low levels being detected in water supplies.
